Unique 5* Luxury Resort in Greece is seeking for a Housekeeping Supervisor

Location: Ouranoupolis, Chalkidiki

Position Summary
The Housekeeping Supervisor will have to assist the Executive Housekeeping Manager in the supervision and management of all housekeeping employees and procedures with a view to maximizing guest satisfaction and recommend ways to solve all relevant problems. Will have to report to the Executive Housekeeping Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support the Executive Housekeeper in all daily activities of housekeeping, linen and laundry department; conduct quality inspections of all public areas and guest rooms
• Assign duties to room attendants, evaluate their productivity and assist in the schedule preparation
• Report any malfunction of equipment and work in close and effectively with the maintenance department for any maintenance needs inside the hotel
• Maintain high standards of employees appearance and grooming
• Record lost and found objects and secure them in the proper area
• Assist in the ordering of guest supplies, all cleaning supplies, uniform and linen inventory
• Ensure excellent response to all guest requests / complaints; maintain confidentiality of guests information and follow proper protocol

• Degree / Diploma in Hotel Management
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position preferable within a 5* property in the hospitality industry
• Excellent knowledge of English language; ability to speak and understand German will be a plus
• Computer literacy and experience in Opera / Fidelio programs
• Good communication skills, strong leadership, stress management and organizational abilities
