The ideal candidate should have experience in sales support, be familiar with ERP systems, and understand AI-driven tools to enhance efficiency and automation in business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Support: Assist in processing orders, managing client inquiries, and preparing proposals.
- ERP Management: Maintain and update the company's ERP system, ensuring accurate inventory, sales, and customer records.
- AI Utilization: Use AI-powered tools (e.g., Chat GPT, automation software) to streamline communication and operations.
- Data Analysis: Generate sales reports and insights to optimize business performance.
- Coordination: Work closely with the sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Customer Engagement: Support communication with clients via email and digital platforms.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
