Our Company, on behalf of its client (industry based in Aspropyrgos area), seeks to cover the position of the: Assistant Spare Parts Administrator.
Responsibilities
- Performance of all the necessary commercial and administrative procedures associated with the spare part sales of the Unit
- Perform market research in seeking new permanent customers
- Assist the Manager in the process of price setting
- Regular communication with the customers
- Constant update of the databases of the company
- Accept and attend all spare part related telephone calls
- Actively cooperate in issuing of sales invoices
- Assist in the process of sales (batteries, cables & aluminum)
- Prepare regular reports as required, including those on sales progress on daily, weekly and monthly basis & maintain a record of all spare parts sold by the company
