Your main responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality control procedures, protocols, and guidelines to ensure consistent product quality and compliance with industry standards
- Oversee and conduct inspections to verify products (just delivered and in stock) adhere to quality specifications and safety standards
- Ensure the company's compliance with all relevant food safety regulations, industry standards, and certifications. Assisting with the implementation and maintenance of HACCP programs
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance product quality
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of loyal member experience & guest experience from pre-arrival, arrival, and post-stay
- Maintain detailed records of all quality control activities, test results, and corrective actions taken, ensuring compliance with documentation standards, providing insights on suppliers´ performance and evaluation
- Investigate and identify product defects or quality issues, conduct root cause analysis, and work with relevant teams to implement corrective and preventive actions
- Coordinate and participate in food safety audits to ensure the effectiveness of the quality control program
