ATHENS By Bike, the #1 bike tour operator in Greece, is looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Coordinator to manage the daily logistics of our tours. This role involves overseeing tour schedules, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, assisting with customer service. The position requires multitasking, problem-solving, and teamwork to ensure a seamless experience for both customers and staff.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the tourism industry, with a focus on operations and sales.
• Fluent in English, both written and oral, to effectively communicate with international clients and partners.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Α passion for travel, biking, and promoting sustainable tourism practices.
