As a Sales & Business Growth Specialist, your responsibilities will include:  

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with Strategic Business Partners and wholesalers.
  • Expand market reach by establishing relationships with key industry players.
  • Drive sales initiatives to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing Strategic Business Partners and wholesale clients.
  • Provide tailored solutions to meet client needs and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and sales terms.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Conduct research to understand customer needs and industry developments.
  • Develop strategies to stay ahead of competitors.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and supply chain.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and customer feedback.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

The ideal candidate for the position of the Sales & Business Growth Specialist, will be expected to possess the following: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the OEM or wholesale sector.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies effectively.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • 3-4 years of experience with manufacturers and wholesale distribution networks.
