Technician (Lithium Batteries)

The role will focus in repairing and maintain our Lithium battery products. Providing support to partners and customers will be a key aspect of the Service Support Engineer's daily tasks. This position offers practical experience in testing and documenting, reporting to our After Sales Department, and fostering collaboration with other departments as necessary.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Repair and maintain Sunlight Lithium battery products
• Monitor and adjust operations remotely
• Provide worldwide remote support to partners and customers (both remotely and on-site)
• Monitor claims and battery operations and follow up as needed
• Generate reports and suggest improvements
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Collaborate with other departments
• Work with R&D and QC departments to continuously improve products
• International travelling as required
• Conduct service training for partners and customers

• Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electrical Power, Electronics, Automation-Communications)
• 2-3 years of relevant experience (ideally in industrial sector)
• Fluent in English
• Good knowledge of SAP and MS Office applications
• Organizational skills, time management, team work
• Customer centric mentality
• Ability to travel abroad
• Strong interpersonal and administrative skills
