Marine Operations Assistant

We are seeking a Marine Operations Assistant to support the inside sales and quoting operations. In this role, you'll be an essential part of the commercial team, ensuring accurate and timely proposals, seamless coordination with sales teams, and effective client communication.

The main responsibilities of this Marine Operations Assistant are:

• Prepare accurate and timely quotes for marine spare parts and services using internal ERP and quoting systems
• Collaborate with Sales Engineers and Account Managers to align on pricing strategies and customer-specific requirements
• Customize quotes based on commercial guidelines and customer needs, ensuring competitive and compelling proposals
• Maintain and update customer interactions in the CRM system, ensuring proper documentation and visibility
• Proactively perform follow-up activities on quotes, communicating updates and feedback to the sales team
• Coordinate with technical and operational departments to clarify specifications and confirm quote details
• Submit confirmed orders to the Order Handling team, facilitating smooth order processing and execution

The ideal candidate for this Marine Operations Assistant role should have:

• 1-3  years of experience in a similar role
• University/college degree
• Excellent verbal and written command of Greek and English
• Proficiency in MS Office (other ERP software knowledge will be considered a plus)
