Host/Hostess

On behalf of our client, one of the most renowned and stylish lounge bar-restaurants in the vibrant city of Larnaca, we are excited to announce an opportunity to join their dynamic team. We are seeking to recruit a friendly and outgoing personality for the position of Host/Hostess.

Candidate profile:

. Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry is preferred.
. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
. A friendly and professional demeanor.
. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Duties and responsibilities:
. Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
. Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently.
. Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
. Ensure that the dining area is clean and organized.
. Collaborate with the serving staff to maintain service flow and guest satisfaction.
. Address guest inquiries and manage any complaints in a professional manner.
. Assist with seating arrangements to optimize table turnover and enhance the guest experience.
. Support the team during peak service times by taking on additional responsibilities as needed.
