As a Shift Supervisor your main responsibilities are:

• Troubleshooting and resolving operational issues.
• Implementing quality control measures to ensure product manufacturing standards.
• Guiding and motivating the team of industrial workers during the shift.

For the Shift Supervisor position you need to have:

• A degree in Engineering (AEI,TEI)
• 2+ years of hands on experience in a manufacturing environment
• A satisfactory level of English language proficiency
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Able to work in rotating shifts
