The Role:

As Property Reservations Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all villa reservation requests via phone or email. You’ll work closely with clients and property owners to ensure a seamless booking experience, tailor options to guest preferences, and build lasting relationships.

Main Responsibilities:

• Communicate daily with clients worldwide and propose tailored accommodation options
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Schedule and prioritize reservation activities to meet company goals
• Accurately record, file, and follow up on all reservation correspondence
• Enforce company credit policies and apply correct billing instructions to all reservations
• Liaise with property owners to ensure smooth operations and updates

Qualifications:

• Degree in Hospitality/Tourism or a related field
• At least 3+ years of experience in a similar role managing villa reservations
• Fluency in English (native speaker level) is essential
• Proficiency in a second foreign language, such as French or Italian, is highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of advanced MS Office and CRM tools
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines
• Problem-solving mindset and critical thinking skills
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities
