As a COOK A at NOUS Santorini, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes that reflect our commitment to excellence. You will ensure that all food preparation activities are conducted in line with the hotel's service standards and health regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Follows and implements instructions for the efficient operation of the kitchen
- Ensures that all ingredients received by stores and suppliers are up to standards
- Maintains consistency regarding the preparation and presentation of all menu items
- Follows all necessary policies and procedures relating to HACCP guidelines
- Performs related duties and projects as assigned
- Preparing and cooking dishes according to the menu.
- Collaborating with other kitchen staff and departments to ensure a smooth workflow.
