company with specialization in production
of paints, coating and
specialty in chemicals, is looking for a Senior Key Account Manager.
📌Location: Kryoneri, Attica, Greece
📍 Working Model: On-site
🖋️ You will be reporting to: Sales Manager Greece, Cyprus, Balkans &
Israel
What you will do:
The potential
candidate will be responsible for the execution of agreed sales and
profitability targets established by the business within the assigned sales
area of Greece, by developing new business and expanding existing customers business
base.
More specifically:
- Manage a portfolio of high-value
strategic accounts, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
- Create and executive tailored,
high-impact accounts plans for top-tier clients by identifying their needs
- Prospect and acquire new key accounts
by identifying business opportunities, generating leads, strategic partnerships
and nurturing relationships to build a robust sales pipeline
- Develop and implement customer plans
that align with national strategies to drive additional value
- Maintain long-term relationships with
senior decision-makers to ensure loyalty and satisfaction
- Gather feedback and analyse trends to
inform future sales strategies and market opportunities
- Provide regular updates on
performance, forecasts, and market trends
- Serve as a senior point of contact for
key accounts, representing the company’s interests and promoting its brand positively
developing long-term relations
- Track account performance against
sales targets and take corrective action when needed.
- Monitor account profitability and
ensure DSO targets are met
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in economics or business administration or
a related field
- Master’s degree in business administration is a plus
- At least 7-10 years of experience in sales,
key account and management and strategic account management preferably in
Marine Sector
- Proven track record of managing and
growing client accounts
- Excellent knowledge of English
language
- Effective decision making and problem-
solving abilities
- Excellent communication,
presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Expertise in creating compelling
value propositions
- Skilled in stakeholder management and
cross- functional collaboration
- Strong commercial and business
acumen
- Self- driven with high motivation and
results-oriented mindset
