Accounts Receivable Officer (Metamorfosis)
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Manage the outstanding sales balances due for all the company’s legal entities and contact customers before balances become overdue to confirm payments.
• Initiate proceedings to ensure that outstanding debts are settled satisfactorily.
• Provide reporting and control support to the Credit Control Manager when needed and upon request.
• Keep the Credit Procedures up to date as stated by the company’s Credit Policy.
• Maintain the billing system.
• Generate invoices and account statements.
• Perform account reconciliations.
• Maintain accounts receivable files and records.
• Produce monthly financial and management reports.
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα
• Degree in Accounting
• Experience in an accounting department.
• Ability to demonstrate experience in credit control.
• Computer literate (MS Office, Excel).
• Excellent communication skills.
