ICAP Executive Search, on behalf of its esteemed client, a leading global consulting firm, is seeking a highly strategic and results-oriented Digital Strategy and Innovation Manager to join their high performing team in on a Hybrid/Remote basis.

Digital Strategy and Innovation Manager – (Ref. 5697/DSIM/ESS/CY)

Role Overview:

This role is integral to driving the expansion of Digital Strategy services. The successful candidate will have the unique opportunity to lead high-impact projects and significantly influence the digital direction of businesses across various industries. He/she will lead in shaping strategic roadmaps, pinpoint digital investment opportunities, and design business models that drive growth and innovation across multiple industries.

This role requires travel to client locations across different regions, ensuring hands-on management and delivery of all key projects.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead high-impact client engagements, collaborating with senior leadership teams to redefine business models for the digital age.
• Develop and execute digital business strategies, leveraging build, buy, or partner frameworks to fuel growth.
• Provide expert insights on digital disruption by conducting comprehensive value chain assessments, identifying both competitive threats and growth opportunities.
• Evaluate and prioritize key digital investment opportunities using rigorous, data-driven criteria.
• Conduct in-depth interviews with client executives and key stakeholders to align strategic initiatives with market trends.
• Oversee competitive benchmarking and industry analysis to inform forward-thinking strategies.
• Analyze market dynamics using both primary and secondary research to identify growth trends.
• Facilitate executive workshops, driving collaborative problem-solving and decision-making processes.
• Deliver high-level strategic recommendations through impactful presentations to client executive teams.

• Bachelor's degree in Computing, Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline; a Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
• A minimum of 4 years' experience in digital strategy, business model innovation, or a closely related field.
• Proven success in leading teams and developing talent in a consultancy environment is a strong advantage.
• Strong strategic and analytical mindset, with the ability to transform complex data into actionable business strategies.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a history of influencing senior leadership decisions.
• Experience in professional services, management consulting, or digital strategy development is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated expertise in building client relationships and managing multiple high-level projects.
• Comprehensive understanding of digital platforms, ecosystems, and investment strategies.
• Ability to travel extensively to client locations across different regions for hands-on client engagements management and project delivery.
