Junior Account Manager


What you'll do:

- Study and understand all facets of the production, distribution, and media services offered, including various types/formats of video content such as Sports TV Series and Documentaries.
- Implement the company’s sales strategy with precision and diligence.
- Conduct worldwide market research to identify potential clients (e.g., broadcasters, OTT platforms, airlines, digital media) and evaluate customer needs for TV Sports Series, Documentaries, Live Rights, and TV news content.
- Approach potential clients through outbound calls, email, social media, promotional events, or networking, and deliver tailored sales pitches.
- Negotiate and prepare contracts, ensuring smooth collaboration with the production and media distribution teams for timely delivery of agreed content and services.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, actively following up to ensure satisfaction and identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales and Distribution team to achieve targets and drive better results.
- Track media purchases to ensure accuracy and timely completion.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, conferences, and other industry events to represent the company and expand the client base.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of proven experience in sales, ideally in an international environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ambitious, results-oriented, and proactive team player with a positive attitude.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
