ICAP Executive Search & Selection, on behalf of its client, a leading gaming company in Greece, is looking for a:
Retail CRM Specialist (Ref. 5802/RCRMS/ESS/GR)
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders for the development reward campaigns.
- Follow the campaign calendar to ensure timely execution.
- Perform analysis to identify trends and characteristics using available customer databases.
- Propose optimization & enhancements on the campaign management tool.
- Recommend tailored offers to appropriate segments based on their lifecycle stage (e.g., reactivation, retention, upsell, or cross-sell).
- Monitor campaigns roll – out and execution.Identify CRM trends and recommend adaptation to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Provide business cases for proposed campaigns to define budgets and expected uplifts.
Qualifications:
- Bsc in Business Administration, Marketing, Mathematics, or other relevant field.
- 4+ years of experience in a similar role within a fast-paced organization.Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other CRM tool (Siebel CRM, Unica, Responsys, Optimove) working knowledge.
- Statistical tools (ie. SPSS Modeler) knowledge will be considered an asset.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Greek and English.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.Attention to detail and numerical skills.
- Strong understanding of customer segmentation & experience on defining segmented campaigns.
