Position Overview
We are seeking a Full Stack Developer (m/f/d) with German language proficiency to join our talented team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions for our diverse client base. Your expertise will contribute to the seamless integration of front-end interfaces and back-end systems, ensuring functionality, security, and performance.

- Design and Development: Create scalable, robust, and user-friendly software solutions for automated controls, embedded systems, and application software
- Front-End Development: Develop responsive and intuitive user interfaces using modern frameworks and technologies
- Back-End Development: Build and maintain reliable, secure, and efficient server-side applications and databases
- Agile Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies to ensure project goals are met
- Code Quality and Security: Ensure software meets the latest security standards and maintain high-quality coding practices
- Troubleshooting and Optimization: Identify and resolve performance issues and bugs to improve overall system performance
- Client Interaction: Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and provide technical support as needed
Your skills and competencies:
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in German (written and spoken) is essential
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
Technical Skills:
- Strong experience in front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, or Vue.js)
- Proficiency in back-end frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, or .NET)
- Knowledge of database systems (SQL, NoSQL) and APIs.
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus
- Development Tools: Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Team Collaboration: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in an Agile environment
