Key Responsibilities:
- Day-to-Day Operations: Oversee the smooth daily operations of
our hospitality properties, ensuring high standards in service delivery.
- Guest
Relations: Handle guest inquiries, check-ins, check-outs, and resolve any
issues, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Property Management: Coordinate with
housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure properties are
well-maintained and ready for guests.
- Inventory Control: Manage and monitor
supplies, ensuring that all properties are adequately stocked with necessary
items.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless
operations across various departments.
- Reporting: Track daily activities and
create operational reports for management.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience
in hospitality, operations, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and
interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in English
and Greek; additional languages are a plus.
- Familiarity with hospitality
software and tools is a plus.
- Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays as
needed.
