The Role

As part of Just Grow Hospitality's dynamic team, the Waiter is responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient restaurant operations at Serenita Suites in Santorini, Greece. The ideal candidate will provide dining service, maintain standards of hospitality, and contribute to a seamless guest experience. Additionally, the candidate should have basic barista and barman knowledge to assist with coffee and beverage preparation when needed.

What you’ll do:

• Provide excellent food and beverage service to guests.
• Take orders, serve dishes, and ensure guests have an outstanding dining experience.
• Set up and maintain restaurant tables, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
• Offer recommendations on menu items, wine pairings, and daily specials.
• Prepare basic coffee and cocktails as needed.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
• Assist in restocking and maintaining inventory of restaurant and bar supplies.
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Collaborate with kitchen, bar, and restaurant staff to ensure smooth service.
• Promote upselling and cross-selling of restaurant specials and hotel services.

This position is seasonal, with the candidate being based in Santorini during the summer months as part of the Just Grow Hospitality team.
