The Role
As part of Just Grow Hospitality dynamic team the Front Office Agent / Supervisor is responsible for managing and operating in a smooth and efficient way the day-to-day front office operations of Cape Sisu Suites - Central Fira Suites
member of Just Grow Hospitality portfolio located in Santorini, Greece. This candidate will be part of Just Grow Hospitality team and will be located during summer season in Santorini Island.
What you’ll do
- Organize and manage day-to-day front office operation
- Actively participating in the operation of the Front Office department, running the morning shift.
- Manage, organize, and oversee the day-to-day front office operation of the hotel in cooperation with the rest of the staff.
- Ensures full compliance to front office operating controls, SOP’s, policies, procedures and standards.
Guest Relations. Create and maintain high levels of guest satisfaction
- Ensure high standards of service and cleanliness are maintained
- Building and maintaining exceptional relationship with clients and stakeholders
- Creates a warm, friendly and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
- Is available to answer any questions, or resolve any problems that the guests may have, always aiming to do whatever reasonably can to ensure that guests have the best possible experience.
- Effectively and professionally handling of any guest complaint and oversees service recovery procedures.
- Reinforcing room upselling and performing cross selling activities regarding additional services (rentals, cruises, restaurants, etc.)
