Technical Service Coordinator

If so, we want you to join a leading multinational electronics company's Customer Service Team as a Technical Service Coordinator.

As a Technical Service Coordinator you will be responsible for :

• Manage the network of Authorized Service Centers and monitor Customer Service KPIs
• Conduct technical training and provide support to Authorized Service partners and CiC Agents
• Manage quality issues, oversee rework, and perform quality control on incoming units and in the field
• Liaise with Factory & HQ for Home Entertainment/B2B services and maintain service bulletins for Greece & Cyprus
• Handle service cost claim requests, legal complaints, and dealer issues
• Support customers, sales, and marketing teams, and enhance brand awareness through various activities

Our Technical Service Coordinator should have :

• AEI/TEI degree in a technical field
• Minimum of 3-5 years in technical customer service support or related areas.
• Experience in the consumer electronics industry is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Excellent command of Greek and English.
