on behalf of its client, a leading manufacturer with specialization in motorcycle
production, is seeking an Area Sales Manager.

What you will do:
The purpose of this role is to drive
sales growth and enhance brand presence within a designated geographical area. You
will be responsible for optimizing sales performance fostering relationships
with dealers and customers and ensuring that company’s products are effectively
promoted in the assigned territory.
More Specifically:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with
authorized dealers and distributors.
- Provide dealers with support and training to
help them promote and sell company’s product effectively.
- Monitor sales performance, manage inventory
and ensure that stock levels meet the market demand.
- Conduct market research to gain insights
into consumer needs, competitor products, and emerge trends in the region.
- Organize and support marketing initiatives
(ex. Newsletters or special offers) to boost visibility and sales.
- Expand the dealer network by adding new partners
and providing operational support.
- Address customer complaints or issues in
the assigned region to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics,
or relevant field
- 2-3 years of experience in area sales manager roles with
a focus on dealers, preferably in the automotive or motorcycle industry
- Alternatively, experience in FMCG wholesales would be an
asset
- Fluency in English language (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal
skills
- Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities
- Self-motivated and results- driven personality
- Motorcycle & car driving license
- Ability to travel
