Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain robust inventory control systems.

• Conduct regular cost analysis and variance reporting.

• Monitor and control food and beverage costs, minimizing waste and maximizing efficiency.

• Prepare accurate financial reports and forecasts.

• Collaborate with the culinary and F&B teams to optimize purchasing and pricing strategies.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and company policies.

• Lead and mentor junior staff (when applicable).

• Conduct regular audits of all F&B outlets.

• Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Controller or similar role in a luxury hotel or resort.

• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.

• Proficiency in inventory management software (ERP) and POS systems.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• A detail-oriented and organized approach.

• A degree in Hospitality Management, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
