Responsibilities:
• Implement and maintain robust inventory control systems.
• Conduct regular cost analysis and variance reporting.
• Monitor and control food and beverage costs, minimizing waste and maximizing efficiency.
• Prepare accurate financial reports and forecasts.
• Collaborate with the culinary and F&B teams to optimize purchasing and pricing strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and company policies.
• Lead and mentor junior staff (when applicable).
• Conduct regular audits of all F&B outlets.
