About the Restaurant Supervisor role:
As an essential member of our Food & Beverage leadership team, the Assistant Restaurant Manager ensures that consistent and thoughtful service is delivered to our guests. This position is responsible for training, motivating and help lead the dynamic team to the success of our goals. The Assistant Restaurant Manager, reporting to our Restaurant Manager is visible within the operations, providing Guest recognition, promoting good public relations, handling special requests and assisting the rest of the team in times of pressure by occasionally taking food or beverage orders, clearing tables and assuring the smooth operations of the restaurant.
