Customer Care Representative

Jobfind.gr and Optimal HR Group are looking to recruit Customer Care Representatives on behalf of Vodafone.

The candidate will be working full-time (8 hours daily) or (6 hours daily), from Monday to Sunday, at the Vodafone premises at Neo Faliro.

The candidate will be responsible for:

•  Answering incoming calls and customer service
•  Contract renewals
•  Service activations

Requirements:

•  Ability to work in Windows environment (MS Office)
•  Excellent use of the Greek language (written and spoken)

Additional Qualifications:

•  Prior experience in a call center will be considered a plus
•  IT literacy
•  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•  Good knowledge of English language
