What We Are Looking For:
We are seeking a Sales & Office Administrator for full-time employment to manage daily office operations, support sales, provide customer service, and oversee our e-commerce activities. Additionally, the candidate will handle social media management and execute digital marketing campaigns. Responsibilities:
- Manage online orders and update the company website (WordPress).
- Provide customer service via phone and email.
- Support sales and promote products effectively.
- Manage social media accounts and create/monitor ad campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Handle office organization tasks, such as filing and invoicing.
- Communicate with B2B and B2C clients to drive sales growth for FUJIA.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth office and sales operations.
