Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

As a Sales Engineer you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing strategic sales plans (Greece and abroad)
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
  • Develop positive relationships with clients
  • Promotes company’s products and services at all levels and alternatives, according to the sales targets & clients’ needs
  • Develops relationships and attracts/contracts new prospects through daily activity
  • Creates sales reports by collecting and analyzing related data for Management purposes
  • Follows and reaches the company’s overall sales targets
  • Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs
  • Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks
  • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
  • Report on the status of accounts and transactions
  • Complete administrative duties, filling out forms, creating reports and entering information into spreadsheets
  • Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives
  • Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth

The ideal candidate for this Sales Engineer position will be expected to possess the following:

  • University degree in Electrical Engineering, MBA is an asset
  • Very good knowledge in sales processes and handling of customers’ inquiries
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (mainly Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills both in Greek and English
  • Disposition and ability to travel within Greece and abroad
