As a Supply Chain Analyst your responsibilities will be: 

• Drive the sales forecasting process (weekly & monthly) by analyzing trends and collaborating with the Commercial Team to generate actionable insights.
• Track and report on Sell-In and Sell-Out performance, ensuring accuracy and providing insights that support forecasting and planning, while identifying discrepancies, trends, and opportunities across channels and timeframes.
• Analyze market research data (e.g. GfK) to identify trends, define growth opportunities, and support budget planning.
• Manage the collection and uploading of retail data into the Nielsen platform, and design visualizations and reports to support performance analysis.
• Prepare ad hoc reports and perform analyses based on requests from leadership and central teams.
• Support the Quarterly and Annual Budget preparation process.
• Coordinate the Price Protection Process by validating promotional data and ensuring proper claims are communicated to Head Office.
• Conduct regular data quality and accuracy checks to ensure reporting integrity.
• Provide regular stock analysis and monitoring to support data-driven inventory decisions.
• Assist in the analysis of Gross Profit through BI reporting, enabling accurate financial insights for the Top Line team.
• Monitor daily sales and forecasts, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Generate and distribute weekly KPI reports to relevant stakeholders.
• Present data insights and key findings using Power BI.

The ideal candidate should have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally within supply chain or analytics.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques.
• Familiarity with BI software and tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• A growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to tackle complex challenges.
• Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
