We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager & Personal Assistant to the CEO to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time position requiring a high level of professionalism, adaptability, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage the CEO’s demanding schedule, including interviews, appointments, travel arrangements, podcasts, photo and video shoots, and contract management.
- Provide administrative and operational support, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Coordinate external obligations, including corporate and client interactions.
- Maintain effective communication with clients and partners via calls, emails, and networking outreach.
- Handle customer service inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Support sales initiatives, including phone enrolments for high-level mentoring and training programs.
- Manage digital tools and platforms, including Mac, Microsoft Office, Social Media, Dropbox, Google Docs, MailChimp, HubSpot, PayPal, Leadpages, WordPress, and Canva.
- Conduct thorough research to support business initiatives and market strategies.
