The responsibilities of the ICT Sales Αccount Manager are the following:

• Conduct daily customer visits in accordance with accepted principles of segmentation
• Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities to expand market share
• Collaborate with a diverse team (sales, presales, support) to ensure customer requirements are met within agreed timelines
• Provide clear updates on account status and sales cycle progress during weekly and monthly reviews
• Foster and maintain strong, long-term relationships built on trust with customers

• University degree or diploma in IT or a related field
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in IT sales to business and enterprise customers
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English
• Ability to effectively communicate both technical and commercial concepts
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Results-driven with a keen eye for detail
