Project Manager

As a leading company in Business Re-engineering & Productivity Management, Bedor EXCEM Group is looking for loyal and highly motivated people to lead projects taking place in Greece and abroad.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• As a Project Manager, you will take charge of Projects and you will be responsible to:
• Achieve the Project Targets.
• Lead the Project Team.
• Communicate and co-operate with the Top Management of our client companies.
• Assign and control the daily activities of the Project Consultants.
• Organize, plan, and follow-up the Project Tasks, based on the given Project Schedule.
• Conduct Management Training to the executives of our clients.
• Report to the Operations Director.

• Engineering or Financial University background.
• Three (3) years of proved working experience in Business Consulting firms, preferable on the fields of Business Re-engineering, Lean Management, Cost Optimization and Productivity Management.
• Fluency in English.
• Computer proficiency in MS Office.
• Result-oriented with strong leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication, organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and under presure in a challenging environment.
• Immediate availability.
