Key Responsibilities of this Office Administrator include:
  • Office Management: Ensure the efficient operation of the office by managing facilities, handling office procurement, and maintaining a well-organized work environment
  • Administrative Support: Assist the management team with basic admin tasks, scheduling, and maintaining office records and documentation
  • Financial Tasks: Collaborate with the accounting department to process invoices, expense reports, purchase orders, and other finance-related transactions
  • HR Administration: Maintain track records of key HR matters, including employee leave, expense claims, and basic HR compliance tasks
  • Digital Operations: Manage and oversee digital tools and platforms for office-related processes, including contracts, purchase orders, and other agreements that are primarily handled online
  • Event Support: Assist in the coordination of company events, conferences, and marketing initiatives
  • Communication and Collaboration: Serve as a key point of contact for internal teams and external partners, ensuring effective communication and efficient follow-ups

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

To be considered for this Office Administrator position, you need to have:

  • 2–3 years of work experience in administrative roles, preferably in dynamic or fast-paced environments
  • Bachelor’s/University degree (studies in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management tools
  • Familiarity with financial processes (e.g., invoicing, purchase orders) and HR administration (e.g., leave tracking, expense reporting)
