Job Description

Reports to - Operations Manager

The Transfers & Excursions Agent is responsible for handling and supporting group requests and travel packages, along with day-to-day operations of our company in Thessaloniki, i.e. transfers, excursions, reservations, and back office management. In addition, planning budgets and preparing quotations are also included in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in Travel Packages (experience in MICE will also be appreciated)
• Experience in Transport Services Logistics
• Experience in working B2B with TOs/Agencies abroad
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• CRS/CRM/MS Office proficient skills
• Degree in Tourism/Marketing/ Business Administration
• Driver’s License
