As a Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their dining experience. Your responsibilities include:

• Warmly welcoming guests upon their arrival.
• Informing guests about wait times and managing the waiting list.
• Handling reservations and managing bookings.
• Guiding customers to their tables in the restaurant or bar.
• Providing menus and introducing the Waiter/Waitress assigned to the table.
• Offering a fond farewell to guests as they leave.
• Coordinating with catering staff regarding table availability and layout.
• Ensuring the reception area remains tidy and inviting.
• Providing special attention to guests with additional needs.
• Handling incoming calls and addressing customer inquiries.
• Supporting catering staff as needed.

• Experience as a hostess or receptionist, preferably in a restaurant setting.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations and guest service principles.
• Proven skills in managing reservations and bookings.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Excellent communication abilities, both over the phone and in person.
• Flexibility to work in shifts.
