- 2-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a 360-degree role
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with clients and candidates.

- Resilience & Adaptability: Thriving in a fast-paced environment and navigating challenges with ease.
- Bachelor's Degree: In Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in Greek; proficiency in English.
