The main responsibilities of the Sales Manager:

  • Support, implement, and execute the vision and strategy for the professional division across various market channels.
  • Manage and develop the market distribution network in alignment with the Channel & Distribution strategy.
  • Collaborate with the B2C team to develop the hospitality sector and manage shared services.
  • Achieve annual commercial and financial goals.
  • Coordinate with Marketing & CRM/CRC functions to ensure high standards of customer relationship management.
  • Provide support, training, and guidance to ensure the high performance of the Sales team.
  • Manage P&L: Contribute to and continuously monitor budget expenditures in line with the Operational Plan (OP) and based on achieving quantitative goals.
  • Actively participate in the Consensus Demand Planning process to ensure adequate supply of machines, coffee, and accessories in collaboration with the Logistics team, ensuring B2B customer needs are met.
  • Monitor market developments and competition to identify opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Provide weekly reports to the General Manager.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

The ideal candidate for the position of a Sales Manager will be expected to possess the following:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and team motivation skills, with a focus on achieving goals and team development.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Results-oriented and flexible.
  • Desire for continuous growth and development.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Willingness to travel seasonally.
