Trekking Hellas is seeking an enthusiastic individual to lead and manage our Incoming Sales department.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate Sales Representatives and delegate tasks effectively
- Plan, attend, and successfully follow up on Expos and Business Trade Shows
- Maintain and grow the portfolio of Tour Operators and Travel Agents (B2B)
- Ensure smooth operation of the online booking system for FIT clients (automated)
- Manage a portion of the client portfolio, including Tour Operators and Travel Agents, ensuring timely account management (B2B)
- Create and update contracts with B2B clients
- Handle data management in CRM systems and reporting
- Develop and update product itineraries
- Price new products and adjust pricing for existing ones using cost analysis
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Hospitality, Travel, Tourism Management, or a related field
- Fluency in Greek and English (knowledge of French or German is a plus)
- Team management experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Advanced computer skills
- Knowledge of Greece’s geography and culture
- Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage
- Previous experience in the tourism industry, ideally in sales
