ICAP Executive Search & Selection on behalf of one of the most prominent companies in the Insurance Consulting market, with a long and successful track record in providing comprehensive advisory services on insurance and risk management for business, is seeking an experienced professional for the following position

Legal Advisor, Insurance Corporate Risks (Ref. 5867/LA/ESS/GR)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice on insurance brokerage operations, corporate risk management and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory frameworks for the company’s corporate clients.
• Provide legal guidance to the Chief Technical Officer, company executives and corporate clients on insurance-related legal matters.
• Draft, review and negotiate contracts with insurers, financial partners, and corporate clients to safeguard business interests.
• Monitor legislative changes and provide timely updates and strategic guidance to internal teams and clients.
• Support commercial negotiations by identifying legal risks and ensuring contractual clarity.
• Analyze legal matters related to insurance brokerage, claims management, and policy disputes.
• Support clients in assessing and mitigating risks related to corporate risk management policies, including coverage analysis and claims management.
• Conduct training sessions for clients and internal teams on legal and regulatory aspects of insurance brokerage and corporate risks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Law from an accredited university and a Master's degree in Insurance Law, Risk Management, or a related field.
• Membership in the Greek Bar Association.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in insurance law, corporate risk, or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of insurance regulations, commercial law and corporate risk management.
• Experience in contract drafting, negotiations and dispute resolution.
• Ability to advise both internal teams and corporate clients on legal and regulatory matters.
• Fluency in English and Greek (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
