Your Role, Your Manager, Your Colleagues
This role offers the opportunity to work in our distinguished “Mavro” restaurant, specializing in Mediterranean Cuisine with an unparalleled Caldera view. You will report to a sociable, helpful, and open-minded Restaurant Manager and work alongside a dynamic team passionate about delivering memorable experiences to our guests.
A Typical Day at Work Includes:
- Welcoming guests with a warm smile and positive energy
- Taking food and drink orders while ensuring all guest needs are met
- Serving guests elegantly and ensuring they have a delightful dining experience
- Handling billing processes accurately and presenting charges at the right moment
- Enhancing the ambiance by adjusting music volume and lighting candles
- Maintaining high team morale through open communication and teamwork
- Keeping the workplace safe and pleasant for all
- Contributing to our outstanding guest reviews
What You Need to Succeed in This Role:
- A bright smile and positive attitude
- A guest-centric approach
- Excellent spoken and written English skills
- A minimum of 3 seasons of experience in a similar role
- Wine Certification or expertise and Micros POS knowledge (a plus)
- A willingness to be part of a highly motivated team
