Περιγραφή

LeadCompass on behalf of a Leading Bank is currently seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Digital Customer Support Specialist with Greek.

The person should be situated in the bank’s Head Office in Sofia, Bulgaria (On-site).

Responsibilities:

  • Understands customers’ needs and provides appropriate solutions;
  • Assists customers in distant identification and signing of documents;
  • Advises customers over phone regarding offered banking services – savings, loans, accounts, transactions, payments, etc.;
  • Handles customer inquiries, resolves issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner;
  • Conducts outgoing customers' campaigns aiming to promote newly-launched banking services, different initiatives and events offered by the bank;
  • Receives feedbacks by the customers about the quality of services and generating proposals for improvement;
  • Builds and maintains positive relationships with customers.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

Main requirements:

  • Fluency in English and Greek;
  • University degree;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • A responsible approach to communication with colleagues and clients;
  • A desire to learn and develop;
  • Ability to quickly adapt and cope with new and challenging situations.

Advantage:

  • Previous experience in online sales and/or Contact/Call Centers.
