LeadCompass on behalf of a Leading Bank is currently seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Digital Customer Support Specialist with Greek.
The person should be situated in the bank’s Head Office in Sofia, Bulgaria (On-site).

Responsibilities:
- Understands customers’ needs and provides appropriate solutions;
- Assists customers in distant identification and signing of documents;
- Advises customers over phone regarding offered banking services – savings, loans, accounts, transactions, payments, etc.;
- Handles customer inquiries, resolves issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner;
- Conducts outgoing customers' campaigns aiming to promote newly-launched banking services, different initiatives and events offered by the bank;
- Receives feedbacks by the customers about the quality of services and generating proposals for improvement;
- Builds and maintains positive relationships with customers.
