About the job:
- You ensure all reservations are managed in detail and suppliers receive them on time.
- Monitor that the terms and conditions of excursions meet the quality and operations standards agreed.
- Overseeing Operation during excursion day and support, gather and feedback information of any incidents or accident that may occur.
- Managing and loading all bookings into the system and supplier relations and expectations.
- Guarantee that all information is collected in a timely and efficient manner for invoicing purposes.
- Managing amendments and communicating them to Service Delivery Team and suppliers, guaranteeing services as smoothly as possible and optimizing costs and load factor.
