As a Contact Center Agent, your main responsibilities are:

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients' requests in a timely and professional manner via phone, email, and messages
• Providing information about products, services, and brands
• Resolving technical problems and providing solutions to customer questions.
• Efficient handling of customer complaints, clarification of their needs and determination of the cause of the problem.
• Promoting and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and gentle communication

The Contact Center Agent we are looking for should have:

• At least 2 years experience in a similar role in the household appliances - electronics or similar sector

• Fluency in English both written and oral
• Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Office 
• Sales skills and experience is a plus

• Collaboration and teamwork skills
• Eager to learn and grow continuously
• Outstanding customer service approach
• Organization, sense of initiative, and speed
• Strong working in a multitasking environment
• Ability to solve problems
• Flexibility and adaptability
• Team spirit and excellent collaboration skills
