🖋️You will be reporting to: Direct Sales TG Developer

What you will do:  

You will be responsible to create leads and opportunities in order to be turned to sales in the Target group Retail (food and non-food), TG Hospitality, Re.Ca, BSC, with specialization in chemical agents.

Responsible for the product management of the wet and dry vacuum cleaners, entry floor care products and detergents and consumables.

More specifically:

  • Responsible for organizing the actions and sales activities of the Target group Retail, Hospitality, Re.Ca., BSC.
  • Responsible for the implementation of the yearly action plan towards the market approach for the above mentioned TGs and its sub-categories.
  • Within the responsibilities is the wet and dry vacuum cleaners, entry floor care products and detergents and consumables.
  • To promote lease and rental options within the defined Target Markets
  • To be seen as a trusted sales leader who can provide advice / solution guidance to the end user
  • Achievement of territory sales and gross margin targets by means of strategic territory planning, business development and account management.
  • Ownership, development and delivery (with the Business development of direct sales and KAMs) of an Individual Sales Plan that clearly identifies key strategies and tactics to deliver sales and gross margin targets.
  • Achievement of all sales KPI’s (e.g. activity levels, pipeline accuracy and reporting, etc…)
  • Maintain all sales reporting and customer records, in line with the Kärcher sales process, using all tools provided (including OneView CRM)
  • Gathering and organizing data for the major competitors per product family of its responsibility.  
  • Provide support to the sales team and in internal procedures, collaboration with marketing department in creating content for marketing campaigns.
  • Participate in AK-Ws academy’s training programs (interior or exterior) and act as trainer to internally to other TG sales managers /channel sales colleagues and dealers along with the responsible colleague for trainings

What we are looking for:

  • Chemical Engineer / Chemist
  • English spoken written excellent
  • German (optional)
  • Computing: excellent knowledge of Microsoft office packages.
  • Skills: Communication, project management, time management, team work.
  • Sociable, persistent, multitasking, dependability, self-motivated.
  • Completed seminars on questionnaire design and reasoning statistics.
  • 5 years of experience in b2b sales
