Mykonos Princess Hotel, a 5* Lifestyle Boutique Hotel, is currently
seeking to recruit a professional for the position of Front Office Manager.
Our goal is to strengthen our dynamic team in order to provide the
authentic Greek Hospitality combined with high level services.
Front Office Μanager
- Responsible to provide customer focused service to the Guests, ensuring their stay will become an unforgettable experience .
- Responsible for the day-to-day management of the Front Office & its staff.
- Demonstrate a “service” attitude and anticipate Guest needs.
- Lead, training and monitoring staff.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Hospitality/ Tourism
- 2 years minimum experience as a Front Office Supervisor in a 4 or 5* Luxury Boutique Hotel
- Excellent command of both English and Greek language is essential
- Very good knowledge of a second foreign language will be considered as an asset
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic and customer –oriented
- Excellent MS Office & PMS skills
- Well groomed with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Team work spirit
- Leader & ability to train
- Negotiation and excellent Communication Skills
- Ability to multitask
- Must have the ability to work under pressure
