• Meet & Greet of the guests at the hotel during the Excursions Pick Up
• Accompany the guests during the Excursion and provide assistance wherever is needed.
• Share the Excursions Highlights information to the guests
• Ensure the Cretan Holidays guests will have a joyous and memorable experience during the day.
• Respond actively to any issues might arise during the excursion with at-hock trouble shooting.

• Previous work experience as Excursions Escort or Representative or in Customer Service duties.
• Fluency in German & English. French language is an asset.
