We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Telecommunications Technician (Team Leader) to join our dynamic team.
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have experience and knowledge in Fiber Optic technology and be proficient in conducting technical site surveys. Responsibilities include the installation of new cables both underground and aerial, testing using a variety of equipment, and recording results. The candidate must follow specific workmanship instructions, multitask efficiently, and be receptive to changing priorities. Developing a strategy to help the team reach targets, preparing material requirement lists for installations after surveys, and communicating with clients on-site to find solutions are also key tasks. The role involves leading and clearly communicating information to team members, providing assistance to co-workers in specific situations, and reporting to the Project Manager properly and timely. Basic technical knowledge of power equipment is essential.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Electronic Communications Engineering
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the fiber optic field
- Willingness to travelling
- Certifications: Working at Heights Certification - High Voltage Work Certification
- Strong compliance and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work extended hours
- Ability to work under pressure
- Degree in Electronic Communications Engineering
- Greek language preferred, basic English communication required
- Essential driving skills with a valid driver's license
