Group Insurance Officer

Responsibilities:

• Participates in the team that designs and implements Group's insurance framework
• Coordinates the handling and settlement of insurance issues in close cooperation with business units, contractors and insurance providers
• Collaborates with the Technical Director and other business units to identify and address the Group’s insurance coverage needs
• Facilitates the smooth resolution of insurance claims or disputes
• Prepares management reports related to changes in insurance costs and premiums on an annual basis
• Follows up on the timely settlement of pending matters relevant to insurance
• Stays up to date with regulations and best practices in insurance to ensure that potential risks are appropriately covered
• Updates both electronic and hard copy documentation

Requirements:

• BSc in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or revenant field. MSc or/and certification in Insurance or Risk management, will be considered an asset
• 5+ years of working experience in Corporate Insurance Department or/and in Insurance company in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of insurance policies and procedures
• Fluency in Greek and English, both written and verbal
• Excellent Knowledge of MS Office
