ICAP Executive Search & Selection, on behalf of its client, a leading organization in automotive industry is looking for a driven and skilled Payroll & Rewards Manager.


Payroll & Rewards Manager (5812/PRM/ESS/GR)

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare payroll reports and ensure data accuracy.
  • Oversee the entire payroll process for the group, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and deadlines.
  • Design and implement rewards programs aligned with company goals.
  • Monitor compensation trends and provide recommendations to stay competitive.
  • Stay updated on labor laws and offer guidance on employment regulations.
  • Manage payroll and benefits budgets and forecasts.
  • Handle payroll-related inquiries and ensure timely responses.
  • Drive improvements in payroll systems, automation, and integration with other HR functions.
  • Evaluate and optimize payroll systems and processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency.
  • Communicate policy changes clearly to employees and maintain strong employee relations by addressing concerns and promoting a positive work environment.
  • Manage and supervise the payroll team, overseeing daily activities and ensuring efficient and accurate completion of tasks.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • Academic background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant fields.
  • Proven experience in payroll management, with a strong focus on preparation and execution processes.
  • In-depth knowledge of Greek labor legislation and best practices in employment law.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with budgeting and reporting.
  • Experience in evaluating and optimizing payroll systems and workflows.
  • Tech Savvy, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
  • Solid people management experience.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
