experience of our guests.
Job Role: As a Bell at Miraggio Thermal
Spa Resort you are responsible for creating a warm and memorable first
impression for our guests. Your primary role is to provide efficient and
attentive guest services, including greeting and assisting with luggage, valet
parking, and providing information about the hotel. Your commitment to
exceptional service contributes to our guests' overall experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Welcome and Assistance:
Welcome guests upon arrival, open doors, and assist with luggage and personal
belongings. Provide information about the hotel's services.
- Luggage Handling:
Safely transport guests' luggage to their rooms and ensure it is placed
securely in their assigned accommodations. Retrieve luggage upon check-out and
assist with transportation to the lobby or vehicles.
- Valet Parking: Assist guests with valet parking services, ensuring their vehicles are securely
parked, retrieved promptly, and kept in excellent condition. Handle keys and
parking tickets responsibly.
- Concierge Services: Offer
recommendations, directions, and information if asked by our guests.
- Safety and Security:
Maintain a secure and well-organized luggage room and lobby and entrance area.
Report any security or safety concerns to hotel management.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with
guests and fellow team members to ensure smooth coordination and provide the
highest level of service.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other hotel
departments, such as the front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance, to ensure
guest needs are met promptly and effectively.
- Special Requests:
Handle special guest requests, or addressing specific needs, with a focus on
exceeding guest expectations.
Qualifications:
- High
school diploma or equivalent. Additional education in hospitality is a plus.
- Excellent
knowledge of Greek and English languages. Third language will be considered
accordingly.
- Previous
experience as bell or similar guest services role is preferred.
- Exceptional
guest service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Strong
physical fitness, including the ability to lift and transport luggage and stand
for extended periods.
- Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills.
- Availability
to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
