We are looking for a motivated Operations Manager to join the management team of our amazing
Surf Club Keros in Limnos Island property, from 15/05/2025 to 05/10/2025.
Surf Club Keros is an off the grid luxurious resort that specializes at high end, all inclusive sport holidays for
customers mainly from central and western Europe.
The camp’s restaurant ops manager, he/she will be responsible for all operations developing efficiency and profitability, which translates into departmental revenue and outstanding luxury customer experience. The restaurant operations include both a la carte and buffet operations. The role reports to the General Manager.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the camp restaurant outlet, implementing flawless operational processes while maintaining excellent communication between all the staff members.
- Ensure that high quality Food and Beverage experiences are delivered consistently,maintaining compliance with the company standards so that service experience is provided above expectations.
- Promote Food and Beverage menus and happenings that drive sales while handling any inquiries in a timely manner.
- Be a point of reference for guests needs and satisfaction levels, during the serving hours especially the rush ones.
- Responsible that appropriate divisional stocks, materials and equipment are in line with operational needs. Ensure ordering, receipt, secure storage, replenishment, disposal of inventory items, and conduct of inventory checks.
- Ensure all divisional equipment is well kept, appropriately used and in good working condition.
- Ensure all policies, corporate programs, guidelines and procedures are properly understood, implemented, administered and monitored. Promote a safe working environment and law compliance.
- Hire, train and retain the right talents to ensure the smooth operation of the business. Appoint tasks, manages staff during the shift by deciding on shift staffing, the possibility of early departure from the shift or necessary overtime
- During his shift he approves voids, comps, discounts, issues invoices.
- Checking and making sure that the damages or maintenance needs of the restaurant are fulfilled and takes care of the cleanliness of the area
- Behave as a role model; communicate effectively and regularly with employees, acting as a motivating influencer.Experience, Skills & Knowledge
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as Food and Beverage Manager within luxury hospitality and/or fine dining operations.
- Must possess excellent Food and Beverage knowledge, including refined service, policies and procedures, wines and latest industry trends.
Attentive, friendly, courteous and service oriented. Talented in engaging with the expectations of demanding yet easy going, clientele.
Proven experience in managing employees through motivation, coaching and development.
Ability to communicate clearly and elegantly in English and Greek with excellent written and verbal communications skills.
Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to operational needs.
